FALL 2019 ISSUE
The Walden Virtual Fulbright Chapter is excited to kick-off it’s first Virtual Roundtable Speaker Series. Each quarter Fulbright members and other prominent speakers will be invited to share insights about the important work they are doing to advance positive social change around the globe. The Fall Roundtable will take place in October 2019 and focus on the essential topic of Literacy in Haiti, which aligns with the Chapter’s upcoming Haiti Service-Learning Project. National Capital Area Chapter Open House + Lamb Roast
We enthusiastically attended the Fulbright National Capital Area Chapter (NCAC) Open House + Lamb Roast at Local 16 on September 26, 2019. It was great to be a part of this event! The event was an outstanding opportunity for the Chapter members to engage more and build relationships with other institutions, students, faculty, and alumni who are involved with the Fulbright Association. Please stay tuned for future events, as we welcome you to attend, support, and represent the Walden Virtual Fulbright Chapter!
